Oops! I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?
I'm terribly sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify me ASAP so I can change it on the shipping label, if possible.
Once the products leave my care, they are not my responsibility and we must, therefore, ask that you repurchase your order.
CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Shipping takes place on Tuesdays around 12 PM CST each week.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled please contact us at balsamhopeapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and details on the change.
Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.
DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS/CUSTOM REQUESTS?
At this time, I don't. Eventually, I may offer wholesale prices for some of my products, but at this time I do not take custom requests.
MY ITEM LOOKS A BIT DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES.
Due to products being handmade, no two are the same. Please note that variations in color as compared to product listing pictures and/or previous orders.
We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, some colors can vary slightly in different lighting!
